Happy Year of the Pig

by Penang Lassieupdated on February 5, 2019February 5, 2019

This year is the year of the pig. This is my sister’s Chinese Zodiac sign. I am planning to make my ‘Yu Sheng’ or Yee Sang, or raw fish Chinese New Year Salad in the shape of the pig. Last year, I made it in the shape of the dog.
