is the most used item in my kitchen. We use it in almost every dish. All the vegetables contain a clove or two of garlic – finely chopped and lightly browned before adding sliced meat for stir-fries.
We also use it to flavour soups, rice porridge or congee, blanched vegetables and all sorts of dishes. I normally have ready made garlic crisps and oil on hand. And I can use it anytime I want and sometimes when I do not feel like chopping fresh garlic for my stir- fries, I would add a teaspoon of the garlic crisps and oil instead. Simple and time saving!
